Warranty & Return Policy
About the warranty Policy:
1- Salla Markets warranty policy helps you stay covered in case of defects in material, design and workmanship after purchase of the product. On selected products and in instances where we are considered the seller, a Six (6) months warranty will be provided for all eligible items purchased.
2- The original invoice is required to verify the serial number and validate the warranty period to benefit from warranty services.
3- The customer shall ensure that the item is packed in its original box or wrapped safely to avoid any damage during transit. If the packaging is not done safely which leads to damage, Salla will not be responsible for the same and the claimed item will be out of warranty policy.
About the Return Policy:
1- Salla offers returns for products within fourteen (14 ) days of receipt of the shipment to you.
2- It may take up to three (3) working days for a product to take it back form the customer. refund is subject to the condition of the returned product.
3- If the customer causes a break, scratch or any form of damage to the product, Salla policy states that the product cannot be returned and the amount paid cannot be refunded.
Note: if there is no manufacturing defect in the product, the customer bears the cost of delivery, which is usually estimated at AED 30
